Not sure how to respond to everyone that sent me support not too good on the computer, 24 hrs. no pills, but had 1 bottle of wine. can someone tell me how to reply to email support/ princess1

You have to go back and find your old thread if you want to thank those that responded to you. In order to do that you would have to go to the botom of your screen and keep hitting Next and find where it was. I will go look for you and Bump ( meaning move it to the top again) for you, okay! So like now if you want to respond to me you just hit " Post reply" type and hit post in this thread.. I know it takes some getting used to..
Well it's great you haven't taken pain pills in 24 hours but I wouldn't start drinking bottles of wine. That many make your withdrawl worse and if your taking OTC medications it could be very unsafe to do while detoxing. That is just my opinion though. Hang in there.. Rae
