Pain

It snowed like crazy here yesterday and I shoveled my driveway and then went to my Father's house and took care of his. I was feeling very energetic, what a new thing. Now today all day I think every part of me hurts. Prior to using pain pills 14 months ago I worked out regularly and have gone through many surgeries from sports but felt worse from shoveling snow thean any of the other stuff. Do you feel pain worse after using for so long and how does that go away? I took some Motrin but still dealing with stomach issues and they disagreed with my stomach - maybe I just forgot what pain felt like!

Saying that "you think you forgot how pain feels" is hella interesting to me...I never thought about it like that...I just thought it was all the pain that i've been holding back coming back at me like a flood...kinda like karma. It turns out that what you said is only half right...I had to think about it cus i'm pretty much an idiot now lol, but the withdrawls of your body being so doped up and numb your body has lost so much strength that your straining to make even the simplest thing or action cause pain to the body...your muscles are tense and they need rest from all that you've put your body through...it sucks...but the pain is there....its better to deal with it and suffer; then take more pills to supress the pain.

Hey JD.....Rob is right. It just seems worse because of all your body is going through right now. You're a tough man, you can handle this with no meds. Try a nice hot bath! Post to us when you get on this morning!
Hi JD,
Just think of it this way, do you think you could of shoveled all that snow a few days ago, probaly not. Like they say, no pain-no gain.
Hope you start feeling better soon, you probaly feel like you been in physical theraphy for to long. Whatever you do, DONT take any pills. Be strong. Dont fall back.

Take Care
