Paxil

Okay my dear friends I need some help here. I went to the OB today and come to find out, my anti depressant is not good for baby. They switched me to paxil. What are the side effects of this drug? I was taking imipramine because I have severe panic attacks. Does paxil make you tired, energetic, or what? I'm starting at 10 mgs. Thanks for any help you can give!
