My friend has tried to kill herself, she threw herself off a cliff and is in hospital.
Please pray for her that she gets better, and gets all the help she needs.

Please tell your friend that she is loved and that there are people who understand and if she is up to talking about it just listen and be there to hear.
Suicide is a well kept secret that is taboo to talk about but if you scratch the surface there are not to many who whatever there bottom is havent thought of it as an option and if you open the door and talk it out then great things can happen, sadly some people do not want that door open and i had to add that because i have dealt with suicide both personally via attempting it and thinking constantly of it and also i have had people i know and that i have been talking to commit suicide....please remember it is there journey and god is also there for us always.
Izzy your friend will be totally confused about why she is alive and her emotions will be all up the sh@t, send energy to her if you cannot be near her and ask god to calm her in her sleep as the waking hours have too many questions and unanswered ones as well.

Hi Zac, I am also vry familiar with suicide as I have attempted it numerous times myself due to my Borderline Personality Disorder.
My friend knows I am here for her and she knows I don't judge or ask questions. I just accept her for who and what she is. She's been ill for a long time and I think it's been hard for her to see me getting better and her seeing herself getting worse. I personally think she is a BD like myself as I recognise so many of the symptoms in her.
I hope she gets the help she needs now, it has been a long time coming.
