Welcome back Coegirl, I have no doubt that you have helped many people.
Glad you didn;t throw it all away.

Jean,

Are you up late? I notice your post says its 2:00 a.m. Do you have insomnia?

I read your last post on the disgusted post and was not able to respond as the thread got locked. I will e-mail you.

It is only 11:13 here in California. I love staying up when everyone else is sleeping. No demands, quiet just a nice time for me to have time for me.

I don't intend to throw anything away. I've learned to set bounderies and this board was one of them. I stepped back and re-grouped. Something more of us should probably do when it gets a little hot in here. Might work for you?

Hey Lovebird:

I have Fibro and OA and I am awake 2-3 nights a week - thats when I catch up on the board and then oo and watch TV Land for awhile 'it's not fun. I took Ambien and I guess Ibecame immune to it - I was diagnosed 16 yrs ago, just turned 50, left knee has been coped 3 times so next stop is replacement - holding out 'til after Christmas. As of now, need sleep - more than evensleep helps pain to go away - so I'll go and try again. I would love tohar ore about you.

Thank you so much for asking. I'm in Greenville SC -

The xanax probably doesn't help either. I used to get so sleepy and totally out of it when I took that stuff.

I wonder if it's working the opposite on you and causing you to not sleep and be irrational at times. I was told at my mom in law's nursing home that it can affect older folks that way. the drs had her on it for severe anxiety and had to take her off of it because of her alzhiemers. It was causing the exact ooposite reaction than intended.

Just a thought.
