We can't believe everything the press says, BUT pictures don't lie....actually the husband got the worse of it I thought, and just from the press story I kind of believe maybe he didn't touch her.
Think if ya just got out of rehab.........you're spouse is an addict as well.......you're in a hotel........you go for a walk alone...........next thing all hell breaks loose..............and she's running from him..........she says she copped drugs and he caught her.............Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, anyone?
My theory: Yeah she copped..........he caught her and she was not giving up that dope no way no how............anybody back then would have tried to take my dope they'd be scratched up too and I mean it.

I agree with you (as usual) I had no idea what was going on with her--poor baby I couln\dnt even imagine trying to go to rehab-or trying to not go to rehab for that matter and have the press following you around--i listened to the interview where she speaks a little and then her husband speaks they sounded gouched or "somethin" to me--but hey--its her life--the world is so worried about her damn concert dates--how selfish the girl is obviously havin trouble--let her get through it--we can handle not seeing her at the mtv awards or whatever--just cuz they said she needs 30 days of rest doesnt mean she should be expected tobe at everyones beck and call again--poor thing--i wish theyd leave her alone!!!!

What gets on my nerves is that the press, paps, magazines ect don't give a sh** about her, or Pete D or any other "junkie" as they so eloquently put it. I saw her live just a month ago and she was good. What got me thinking was when this all hit the fan I heard the press interviewing her and the journo said "So tell me Amy, are you using heroin?" And she went all indignant and said "Excuse me?"
