No one, Eleanor Roosevelt said, can make you feel inferior without your consent. Never give it. I say this today in a positive light toward my communications with my ex last night. We all have the one thing in our life that can bring out our anger and possibly shame& hate right? Well that is what this particular person is to me. He is my past staring me in the face and at times he down right intimidates me. Grrrrr! So instead of sucking on this pain for all last night and the rest of today I am going to let my light shine and not give him my consent. Just for today i am filling my heart with love and not hate for all the world (including him) Even if it is a struggle-LOL. I have to put up that fight I will not let him ugly my spirit by making me hate him. Thanks for letting me share.
