Pauly-Opiates kill the sex drive in men.I dont know about women? You may be able to preform during early stages while you are not using much, but eventually it will wipe it out.Even if you are into mentally, you wont be able to keep hard.Thats a real bummer.Once they get out of your system, things start getting back to normal.
Opiates numb everything anyway.
Thats counterproductive.

It is the same way for women. Kills it when you're on 'em and watch out when you're off 'em.
Does anyone know if your sex drive comes back on suboxone? If so, how long does it take? I'm hoping about 6 days.

I've heard it's just as bad on the Sub. It is an opiate.

Cowgirl,
As long as it takes, but no longer than necessary. I've been thinking about starting a slow taper in 2-4 weeks. I don't know how long I'll need. I keep thinking I should get off of it ASAP but slowly so I don't have w/d. On the other hand, maybe I should stay steady thru the end of the year. I have alot to accomplish in the next 2 months at work, and i can't screw up and get sick or wacko again right now.
