I do truely belive that quote. I think a lot of people rely on outside help to much to do what can only be done for yourself by yourself. I know 4 me my recovery had nothing to do with 12 steps or a higher power or even support "i don't have any of the above". I just got angry at H and decided it had to go. I wanted peace still don't have it but, at least i'm in control now.
