Hi. I just wanted to pop in here and tell you this board is a great place to get support and vent and whatever you need. Rae IS an angel. Please keep posting and reaching out for help. We have all been where you are at at some point. I've been where you are a couple of times through all of my relapses, so I do understand.

You are a strong person just for being on this board and reaching out for support. I hope you continue to do so and one day soon, when you are truly ready, you can say goodbye to the pills for good. It is so tough to come here and open your heart, and then to have someone condemn and demean you. I just wanted you to know that most of us here care very much about each other and do not judge.
