I feel about the same today as I did yesterday. I didn't get any sleep last night at all. maybe an hour and a half. The bad thing is I didn't fall asleep until around 5:00 am. I remember looking at the clock at around 4 :30 am and i woke up to the alarm at 6:30 am. I felt so weak this morning that I just let my son sleep in because I took one look at myself in the mirror and didn't feel like facing any of the teachers this morning. They have to think I am on a drinking binge anyway. What is serequal? Is that something to help you sleep and where do I get it?

Pine, Seraquel is an antipsychotic. It is used to treat schizophrenia and bipolar illnesses. I'm sure that someone else will chime in and give you better information about it. I have been on it for several years now. I am bipolar and take 300mgs a night. This medication knocks most people out at smaller doses. I used to take 100mgs, but my Dr upped it, for the first 2 weeks I was falling asleep during the day. I was originally prescribed it for Fibromyalgia (which affects your sleep).

I take it for sleep, i am not bipolar or crazy either. Its non addicting and it helps me sleep better
