My son has had his first relapse & is shooting heroin again. Should I inform his employer or stay out of it? He handles cash on this job & his employer is the in-law of my sister.

I am so sorry you are having to go through this,
As much as I hate to say it you need to let him handle his own stuff. If he gets fired or whatever it is HIS fault and HIS responsibility, NOT yours.
On the left side of this page you will see a post under most popular topics called "Let me fall all by myself". Please read that and maybe it will help you to understand that we as parents CANNOT enable our children in their addiction, as hard as that may be.
Hang tough. Go over to the Family/Partners of addicts and post there if you haven't already. There are MANY parents who have learned the hard way how to best help their kids.
