Oh my the clumsiness is the worst I'm walking then alsudden lose my balance for no reason haha . The same I stumble through words my husband looks at me like im weird. The depression and anxiety is a come and go thing plus being bored around the house and my history or depression and anxiety probably doesn't help so I can't blame all of it on PAWS . The other day I was crying for an hr and angry for no reason at all whatsoever . I decided to look up PAWS and it seems to fit me in every way . So I Iike you said our bodies are still adjusting... to a better way of life. :)
Congrats on your clean days :) . Im happy for you . I'm glad your finally starting to feel a bit better . The naltrexone probably prolonged your symptoms.
Little late to this thread but had to stop b/c most times during recovery Id be able to sleep if it wasnt for the damn RLS.
Couple things that might help..
Magnesium pills...take a few before bed
Or tums believe it or not...youll have to eat like 7 of them but they help for sure lol
Put a bar of soap between your knees, the magnesium from the soap will soak into your pours and help and/or see if you have a body lotion with magnesium in it and rub it on your legs. Keep it by your bed and do it as much as you need to.
Do all of the above for safety measures. RLS is a real b****. Thats always been the worst symptom for me, I can handle just about everything else but the damn legs can be a nightmare.

Thanks TS....good info....mine seem somewhat better now...but still get that odd ...gotta stretch...they hurt...moving until im crazy moments...! Might try the magnesium....
