I have been to the doctors with my spazzy neck.
I have got spasims(muscular) in my neck.
I have been given Ibuprofen for the pain, if it continues after 10-12 days i have to back.
They said if it does continue i have got to go to the hospital and have physiotherapy.
Trust me to get a spazzy neck !! haha.
Never mind life goes on.
How are you 2 today i hope all is well.
I am going out tonight for a meal with hubby, I am looking forward to this so i can spend some time with him.

A spazzy neck....now what the heck.....oh yeah ibuprofen will help.....NOT.
Here they give muscle relaxers for that sort of thing....which in themselves can be addicting....so you ain't needing that.
Robbie said the better thing......what caused it.....do you get headaches Em?
Tension headaches come from that.....there's pillows with buckwheat hull in them, and that really helps....even a message from a good spa.....or a chiropracter could help.....it's something you did different....or repetative I think would cause it....now ain't no Doctor, but that's what I think.
I'm sorry, Em....that stinks....oh, and a great HOT soak in the tub....I mean scalding as you can stand it....laying back in that for awhile....that could help.
I'm glad it's not more serious though....although that is frustrating.

I have had it a while now but it has been getting tighter, haha it feels like someone is strangling me from behind haha.

I have suffered with head-aches all my life, the MIGRAINE oh my god dont even go there on that one.
The pain is sort of at the back of my neck mainly on the left hand side, and at the top of my spine near my neck.
It just feel like its constantly in CRAMP PAIN haha.
Oh well i will live, i am going to have a hot soak in a radox bath with some musle-soak.
