..Telling me about feeling tired aswell...i ain,t been sleeping to well and i was up all early hours this morning..em..i only got 1email mate.i don,t know wot happened to the other one..im sure im getting sum emails and not others..but thats cool wot you was talking about..i bet it was a shock thou !! Sorry for jumping in Emily and Robbie, but I wanted to tell you both you are such an asset around here. Always have your hands out at the right time, helping and cheering up others who might not feel as well any given day.

Happy St. Patrick's day. I just broke out some hideous green socks to wear. No Robbie, we haven't spoken directly I don't think. Or you and I Emily. Just a shout out to ya. No, I'm not on subs. Never did take it. Just did it, like you Rob. Don't take anything anymore, but it took me a long time to shake it all. Nearly a year.
I'm glad you both are doing so well. You help many and I wanted to say thanks.

..Thats good to hear your drug/med free..good luck to ya in your recovery..yep it takes time to shake our doc or meds but when we do its nice to wake up free from the pain of living that life if you know wot i mean..Enjoy st patricks night beck..

on any tips or interesting things I pick up on the board which may help him.
I feel I know you well and I admire the help and hope you give to so many.
I see you as honest and trustworthy. The reason I am writing personally to
you is because of your need for work. I don't know if it would be possible
for you, but how do you fancy a week or so in Manchester painting and
decorating in my house? I would pay the going rate and provide bed and
board. I have a large 5-bed semi badly in need of updating, but it's all
too much for me lately. A change of scene might do you good for a while.
I might even lend you a United cap so you could blend in with the locals, if
you wanted to explore! I am out at work 4 days a week and would leave you
to do whatever you thought needed doing.
If this suggestion is of interest, let me know. If not, I'll understand.
