..I don,t normally come on here before 12pm my time mate..i have,nt done for ages..i perfer to come on here early afternoon as theres not many people about in the mornings..plus i normally go out early aswell most days..aahh man..the dentist..rather you then me brother.LOL..last time i went dentist was to have two wisdom teeth out..i had to have 8 injections 4 each side.cos the pain relief they was giving me was,nt doing its job..i,ve got a serious needle phobia..so you can imagine my delight in having 8 jabs.?..man i feel for ya with that toothache.but .wotever needs done jack..get it done and out the way..cos it will only come back to haunt ya again..have you tried clove oil for it..dip a cotton bud in the little bottle and dab it on ya tooth..it smells a bit but it can numb the pain for a while..it worked with mine for a bit..hpe things are well with ya apart from the tooth..nice to hear from you aswell...take it easy jack..talk soon...have a good day if you can..Robbie..
