I'm going to log off and call msn once again. Can't get emails or get into my group chat either. The thing that really pisses me is that I keep getting this error message in outlook express, called msn several times, I think alot of those reps are outsourced; none of them speak english very well, and its frustrating, especially when they're telling you to put in letters. Anyways, I even reinstalled Windows xp and lost my pics and still have the problem.
I'll post as soon as I fix it. The kids had three days off, so sitting on the phone for two hours and following computer advice wasn't an option in the past few days; either the kids or the computer would have gone out the window if you know what I mean.
