Ballooning is when someone puts all of the pills in a tissue or some other material and swallows all of them at once...... IT IS VERY DANGEROUS AND CAN BE LIFE THREATENING.......

You have to stop. I don't know if you realize it but you have accomplished a big step by admitting you have the problem and being honest about waht you are doing. Why do you choose those pills? Are you also on any other medication. Main addiction was coke but also used x, special K, meth, heroin, oxycontin and some more. It was extremely difficult for me to stop the oxycontin not to mention everything else but I am focusing on that because of you pill post. I want cold turkey and it was horrible but I got through it. My physician said they would give me something to help with the withdrawls (sleeping pills) but I declined. If I can do it you can trust me, it is true.
