What are some of the secret stuff that no-one knows about each other?

I'll start.

I love to cook. Cajun dishes are my specialty.

I collect cheesy monster flicks. Freddy, Jason, Michael Myers, Pinhead,Chucky,all that stuff.....

I used to have green hair. It was blue too.

My brother is in a succesful band that has put out 5 albums.

The main type of music I like is hip-hop but secretly I love to listen to Coldplay and other alternative stuff.

First thing First I am a addict and I am tapering off I am now on one pill a day and tommorow is my last day.. So I am starting to panic, even went looking for my husbands pain medication. But hey did not find them lucky for me.. LOL.. I am calmer now that I have talked to my support person and logged on here to read the post..

I love to write poetry.
I love to read and listen to books on tapes
I love working in the yard planting flowers and etc.
I love watching scary movies..

I know I dont know any of people, but I figured if I post it will help me, it helps to know that I am not the only one that has a addiction that is so hard to kick. Right now it is the mental thing that is driving me crazy.. I hope and pray I make it this time...

I like fresh water fishing, nothing like wading a stream and pulling a trout out of the fast water, sorrounded by nature and nothing but the sound of the water and a breeze through the trees.
I love music, classic country, classic rock, blues
I love playing guitar in a blues band, and I like it loud
I like old movies, Cagney, Bogart, Al Pacino, Robert Deniro, Clint Eastwood..
( Kelly's Heroes was a great one ) lol John Wayne, Lee Marvin, Charles Bronson
I like crime movies and documentries, Shawshank Redemtion is a great movie
I like comedies, Steve Martin, Prior, Carlin, Midnight Run is a good one and anything Jack Nicholson made
I like early morning walks in the mountains, I love animals,
I like football and boxing
I love life today, everything I used to take for granted, my kids laughing, my wifes smile, the way she looks first thing in the morning, the way she puts her head on my chest when we hug
I'm so lucky to have gotten a second chance in life and I truley enjoy every second.
Thanks for the thread, I love thinking of just how lucky I am today, not too long ago I was the guy complaining about everything I didn't have, all that time I wasted missing the things I do have that don't cost a dime.

My God, Bob and I have more in common than I thought. I also play keyboards and bass in addition to most of his other likes.. In addition, I collect signed movie posters. And one more, and only a small percent could appreciate it, but I collect VINTAGE GI Joes..ones from the '60 that I played with as a kid. I have about 50..

I hate it when a new register opens and they call for the next person in line, and all the people behind you run over.

I once was an eye witness in a murder trial.

I love to see my kids having fun and laughing.

I love reading. Again.

I love being clean and having all of you to talk to which is helping me stay clean right now.

ummmm lets see...

i got my tounge pierced when i turned 30 then got a new body piercing every birthday after that till i turned 34 then decided to grow up (i think) and took them all out.

i have a tattoo of a pink ballet slipper on my right foot about 4 inches long ribbons wrap around my ankle half way like an anklet..

i like alternative and underground music but i'm a closet john denver fan..

i coached girls cheerleading for a couple years (if anyone tells that one i'll have to hurt ya)

i'm a girly girl but a tomboy at heart..

i love to fish too i even worm my own hook and take the fish off the hook chop its head off and gut it and cook it....(but i mostly fish for the tan)

i won state champion on an archery league in grade school (my dad taught) on a recurve..they didnt make compounds untill a couple years later (dating myself)

Ok, I'll admit it.

I'm a home improvement junkie, theres not a weekend that goes by that I don't do something to my house. ( I actually spent more money on my house than I did pills in the last year ) Maybe I'm in the wrong recovery group.lol
Its not wrong to tile a bathroom once every 2 years, is it?

I love to fish, both salt and fresh water. (Bob, trout season opens here in 2 months, can't wait.) I am 45 minutes from the jersey shore where I do alot of striped bass, tuna, flounder fishing.

Baseball fan, yankees, I also play softball and coach little league.
