Chocolate is full of antioxidants, so it's actually GOOD for you.....
And the caffeine in most candy bars is such a small amount, that it's not going to affect you.
I know that I drink more Red Bull and coffee when I am off the pills (because I am trying to get energy and get some sort of buzz to counteract what my body is missing), so I can understand some rehabs not wanting you to drink caffeine.... But chocolate???? Chocolate naturally affects the feel-good receptors in the brain, it calms you, relaxes you, makes you happy..... And in small doses, it protects against cancer. Who can argue with that????
