Sleep With No Aid....finally

I tried to sleep again last night without the Ambien. I did, it was spuratic but still sleep. I did take my magnesium, B12, and IB prophen. The ankle/leg was a little jumpy but better.
For me that is a HUGE step to finally getting through all this mess. I feel like Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz when she steps out of the house into Munchkin Land :)
Hope everyone had a good night!

Hey Charlie.awesome..I am so happy for you! That is huge day 30 and a nights sleep with no aid. Way to GO!!!!

Hey Rae,

LOts of hydro's (100 mg) per day. Quit c/t April 3rd, 3am, when I flushed 'em! Best thing I ever did!

Charlie
Charlie,

Congratulations on finally getting some sleep! I'm a HUGE insomniac and I envy people that can get proper rest.... I've been taking Ambien for so long that I think my body forgets how to fall asleep without anything....

About a month ago, I went a week w/o Ambien to give my body a rest and now at least half the week I do without it, too..... but it's still hard for me to fall asleep (last night, I just laid there, watching the clock).....

30 days is incredible.... Congrats on that, too!

Danni

Thanks, Tina..... I hope I sleep well tonight, too. LOL

I am wiped out today.
Hey Charlie;

Congratulations on the 30 days and the sleep at night. They are both huge in recovery, and you deserve a ton of credit.

Keep up the good fight!

Jim
Hey Charlie

I knew you could do it. Glad you're sleeping well. I think the good nights sleep helped as much as anything.

Way to go.
Hawk
hey guys/gals and Hawk! hehe

It wasn't the best of sleep, but the first time I stayed in my own bed without a Ambien. I went 2 weeks roaming and trying different ways to sleep without prescription medicine but gave in after that. I've been on the Ambien almost 2 weeks (I have 2 pills left) but was able to sleep last night without anything prescription. I did take IB Prophen and B12, don't know if that helped or not, oh, I was wore out too from working all day.

hope you all had a great day, if not, there is always tomorrow!
