Is heroin the only drug that makes your pupils small? My bf is an ex heroin addict, came home high on something last night. He says it was vicodins and I normally wouldn't believe his lies but the buzz was different, he was just a little more hyper than normal not nearly as intense as the normal H buzz. He used to do pills but quit once he took up H and I don't remember if his eyes were small then (I don't think they were?) But his pupils were tiny and I though H was the only drug that does that. I"m still just as mad either way so it doesn't really matter but I was just curious. Thanks
Your pupils most certainly can be tiny while on Vicodin!

Large doses of all opiates cause constriction of the pupils.
