I just recently started clicking on here again here and there and if something strikes me I post. It's nice to see you too ( so to speak ) lol. I heard from a guy the other night I haven't seen or heard from in probably more than 20 years or so. He's back playing again and my name came up in conversation so he tracked me down. lol Well, it turns out he needs a guitarist so I have my first band practice tonight and first gig next Friday! lol I'm looking forward to it. I haven't seriously played in a long time, just did some sit ins here and there but haven't been a real part of a group since before getting sober. So, we'll see if I can pull it off. I hope the chops come back. lol Other than that, life is good and getting better all the time. Nice hearing from you, and thanks again for the video.

I totally related to Craig's story, the lapsed time period he experienced at the end of his drinking was something that I must never forget that happened to me, thank you for the reminder. I laughed out loud and I cried some too. The way he shared his story was awesome!

I just watched Joe Walsh's video and boy can I relate to throwing it all away! I am so grateful that I knew to call my sister when I hit my rock bottom (hopefully my last bottom). I also, like Joe, and many other folks who embrace the 12 Step program of recovery do whatever we can to help the still suffering alcoholic/addict...my BF sent that "One Day at a Time" song to me....just the other day. Recovery truly does rock!
