I just wanted to share some of my good news with some of you that have expressed interest. I became a grandma this morning. My daughter ended up having to have a c-section but both her and baby boy (who is nameless as of yet) are doing great. He is an 8lb 10oz bundle of newborn goodness! My husband and I are will be at their place in South Carolina on Saturday afternoon and I cannot wait.

Hi Shell, Maybe I should say Nana or Grandma? What a wonderful time of the year to have a baby. He's quite a big baby too. I hope your daughter is doing good also. I wonder what she will name him. Thanks ladies! I'm super excited and yes, my husband is too. Our little guy's name is Theodore, but he'll be called Teddy. It's the best Christmas present! Love to you both!

Teddy was 20 1/2" long. Yes, he is a pretty good sized little guy but smaller than they thought he was going to be. They thought it was his size that was keeping him from getting into position. That didn't turn out to be the case so I guess he just liked where he was, lol! Mom and baby are doing well but mommy is hurting today. We'll be arriving the day she comes home so I'll be able to help with cooking and I'll let the guys do the housework. Have a Merry Christmas!
