Don't let it beat you, don't let it dictate to you, and boss you about. A crisis is a mixture of disaster and opportunity. Don't let yourself fall into the trap, and try and look for the opportunity, the silver lining. It's a chance to reinvent yourself, to change some of the things in your life that don't make you happy, and improve your life.
