hi just updatin you on how the sub withdrawals are goin,well its my 3rd day,70hrs since my last dose,last night was a bit restless,woke up twice,watched a film,had a burny headache,and just felt 'uncompfy',managed to go back to sleep,and got bout 7hrs altogether.When i woke up this morn felt the usual headache and restlessness,stomach hasnt been as bad.got up had shower&washed my hair,i dont know about any1 else but when ive been in w/d before,just the thought of washing my hair has been an impossible task.so woke up&expected to feel bit grotty today,but a few hours ago i suddenly felt fine,abit shakey&nervous energy but feel better than the last 70hrs,which i keep thinking cant be right&keep expecting to suddenly feel dreadful,especially as i felt abit rough last night&got myself into abit of a state worrying what today would bring,to the point i nearly gave myself a panic attack,which is quite normal for me,am a stress head worrier!!!!Does any1 else think that maybe im over the worst of it?i hope so,would be nice if any1 can give me some input&opinions so i can relax abit &enjoy today!!!

Congrats on making it to day 3. If you got seven hours of sleep, you're doing very well indeed. Relax. Sometimes anticipation of pain makes the whole thing worse.
