I am currently taking Suboxone and was wondering if I should still consider myself "clean". I often feel as though I'm cheating and out of place when I'm in a meeting. Does anyone else feel this way? Is Suboxone shunned within the NA community?
Anyone who shuns you for taking something that helps you to stay clean....... f*** them. I've been on naltrexone for over a year, been clean 7 months. And when i say clean i mean clean!!! Until you feel able to come of the subs people in NA should support you. No one in meetings has ever said to me, " you should come off nal" it has been suggested to me, but i feel i'm not ready yet.
