Has anyone successfully stopped taking suboxone? I am taking it because a pain management Dr. had me on Oxycontin, and I wanted off, worked great, but now I am pregnant and need....want...to stop taking the Suboxone ASAP!!!

hi, i was put on methadone when i was pregant w/my twin girls because i was addicted to vic's 20-30 daily so, maybe stay on itr for your pregency and tapper slowly off after, so the baby doesn't feel any withdrawl, that is what they had to do 4-me atleast, it was to dangerous, anything u feel the baby does, so anyways u need to talk with your doctor about that choice, what r your options, but dont quit methadone cold turkey, it was torture and a living nighmeare for me I was on 80 mgs while i was pregant, thats really high dosage! i hope this helps you?!... jazzy..
