Success Stories

I was addicted to Fioriect with Codeine (wow it feels weird to type that again) for about 5 years - I thought it was only like two years until I really did the math, anyway, I was taking between 25 and 35 pills a day towards the end. On September 12, 2006 I started a Suboxone Program at 12 mgs, worked my way down to 2mgs and then finally became free of all pills on February 18, 2007. I've been doing wonderful - I had absolutely no cravings whatsoever after taking the Suboxone and I still haven't had one yet. Maybe I'm just lucky in that way - or maybe the worst is yet to come. My recovery was delayed by a couple of weeks because around January my husband of 15 years decided that he just couldn't take it anymore and split - so they kept me on the Suboxone for a few extra weeks but I told them that this situation may go on for quite a while and I didn't feel like I should be punished from being pill free because of it and my last dose was on MY 32nd B-DAY!!!! Yeah for me. Hope everyone else is doing great - keep up the good work. Thanks to all for the advice and help.
