Sunshine i hope you are ok today. i am sure you had a rough night and morning but YOU DID THE RIGHT THING! it took a lot of guts, don't forget you did it for a reason. last thursday i called all my close family members and spilled the beans about my addiction, it felt amazing. the next day was the worst day of my life, but again i did it for a reason. this week has not been fun i feel ashamed but it is a step in the right direction, just like your step. hang in girl, you will make it through! i hope you post soon, i know a lot of us are thinking about you. take care angela
