Glad to see you back...recovery is a process and for me, I have to learn the hard way sometimes and I make mistakes...it's when I learn from the mistakes I make that I grow and heal...

2 months clean almost and yesterday i failed my thc pee test. i was so disappointed. guess this stuff is embedded in my body. a WISE friend suggested i lose some weight to get it out of which i have 10 lbs of fat that could happily go. so as of today it's weight watchers for me. not just for a clean pee test but also for a trimmer, fit moi.
why not? i'm also taking this turn to work on my website, change my m.o. for some yesterday was a holiday into a new year. i am not religious but honor my culture and i'll take this as a fresh start, a new season for me and mine.
headache and all i'm moving and shaking here in nyc!

Regarding your question, of course I still have to wait a week for the biopsy results, but there was no sign of the nasty chrohn's disease or polyps during my exam today !! Whoo hoo !!! I give credit to the Canada Food Guide, yoga, meditation, exercise, spirit guides and a loving supportive group of friends and family !!! BTW haven't smoked anything since sunday....

great ww- i've been thinking about you all day:) yes i'm hugging trees. (another great analogy from you)! guess it all doesn't go away so fast. this morning on the way to school the little one and i sang 'everything's coming up roses' (from gypsy) ... it's indian summer here and though i have a headache that would choke a monkey i'm still feeling good. thanks for noticing and being there. i'm here and i'm sure it will all be okay. did you have a nice meal afterwards? love to you, jojo
