It's been great reading all your messages and i just wanted to update and thank you. I have managed to get off all the s***e and i feel much better and clear headed now. I've been down this road loads of times but this time i'm staying clean for good. i wish everyone all the luck in the world with their own personal battle. Take care.

hey JP.. how did you do it - any tips? did you just go ct - brave man if you did.. are you feeling ok now.. I know the last time I went ct it took me nearly 10 days before I could actually do anything - I went from the bed to the couch and back to the bed again for what felt like forever... even 4 weeks later I was still full of anguish and what felt like torture...
