wanted all of your well wishers to see so I started a new post
i am not one to ask for help or to speak out in a crowd but it is nice to be able to post on here and get help and words of encouragement from the nicest people i have never met thanks again and all of you stay off that bumpy road

January 6th...From....Twenty-Four Hours A Day
Keeping clean and sober is the most important thing in my life. The most important decision I ever made was my decision to give up drinking and drugging.
I am convinced that my whole life depends on not taking that first drink or drug.
Nothing in the world is as important to me as my own sobriety. Everyting I have, my whole life, depends on that one thing.
Can I afford to forget this, even for one minute?........."I Think Not"
