good morning distinguished members of the board[lol],dam i felt like a lawyer there for a minute,anyhow i'm sure most of you if not all of you have at one time in your life heard about the [ripple effect],[example],say for instance you take a rock and this rock will represent you,and this rock is throwed into a shallow body of water not only are you going to have the intial splash but you are going to have little waves of water[ripples] that will last much longer then the actual splash and can do damage to anything or anyone it comes in contact with,i have been guilty of this myself and have seen first hand how one negative comment or cruel word can spark a tidal wave,when a person is riduculed and put down they will just pass it on to the next person they come in contact with,i think we all can learn to encourage and guide each other with postive talk that will gurantee to stand the test of times....................vinny.
