This prayer helps me when I think I know everything about a situation. It helps me to not stay safely rooted in the problem but to actually have hope that there is a solution and maybe, just maybe, I don't know everything.

Set Aside Prayer

God,
Please help me set aside
everything I think I know
about myself, my disease,
these steps, and especially You;
for an open mind
and a new experience
with myself, my disease,
these steps, and especially You.
