hi all its been a while just to let u know iam am doing fine iam waiting to start a couple of course wich is cool still on the juice and have not used in ages which is grreeeaat ... have even started a gym lol ..... so iam in a good place ....
were i live in the uk just out side brighton is a small middle class town but the smack problem is bad like most places i guess .... so to see old gear partners walking round looking like death grey greasy try to do there little things to get gear .... just makes me sooooooo glad i have made the change ..did i really look like that i suppose the answer is yes .... i just hope them looking at me all fresh nice clothes a smile on my face clean will make them think if he can do it
i can do it ..... so to any one out there who is thinking of getting help or trying to do it on there own IT GREAT TO BE STRAIGHT and iwouldnt change that for all the tea in china

It is great to be straight. I found out that the day doesnt start at 11am or even 2pm. I enjoy mornings now and Every day I open my eyes - is a bonus.
Ive had 20 years (yes YEARS) of addiction - probably more. Been off heroin for 8 years and finally off Methadone ( after over 15years ). Been clean for near 5 years and YES it was hard to get off - dont let them bulls*** you - it took about a year and a half to come good. To wake up one morning and feel OK - it was life changing. And NO - I have not picked up another drug - nor alcohol - so believe me and believe in yourself - it Can Be Done.
