I from B.C....originally from Vancouver, but hubby and I moved to the interior several years ago....lots of snow here..lolol
I was born in Holland and all my grandparents, aunts and uncles are still there.
But my Mom and Dad now live closer and I have 3 sisters that I'l be seeing at Christmas time too...love to see my nieces and nephews...I adore..ADORE children, would love to own an orphanage one day......
Where are you from in Ontario>? Lots of family for Christmas???

Tapering is when you are taking X amount of your pills and go down a little at a time, or as instructed by your dr....
I.E. lets say you were taking 8 vicodens a day......then the next week you go down to taking 4 a day then down to 2 and then NONE...

to ali, thanks for the reply, i live in windsor across from detrot, iv had a real badw few days, and its only tuesday,and the only thing i want to do its block the pain at this point, iv been on comp for 4years, and just won my case, i was so happy, but i have this ajutcator, that is the bigest, b--- in the woruld, she is just going to make my life a living hell, im getting 3 years back pay, i already got one chek 6 grade, and there paying me in instolments, but after talking to my lawer yesterday im full of fear, im also on desablity, but i don,t get mush, she keeps saying she can,t fine this our that, its a bunch of bull---, she is just playing games, with my life, and i can,t understand way some people, are so mean, i have been in a lot of pain for a long time, the job i had desroed my body, but no one caers , iv worked most of my life and and now i can,t work enymoer, today i just want to youe,s so mush but i no that won,t chang things so im just trying to get some stargth to make it thor a nother day, thanks for letting me shere this, luv karen.
Karen, Are you able to get sub help in Detroit? I don't know the laws about Canadians coming to US for meds. If it's possible, try to do it while you have your comp money. I know you don't get support at home so this may be a great alternative. Take care, Atlas
