Well it seems evry ones pretty much covered the subutex thing. But if u wanna know about jail detox then it is pretty simple -
Dont take subutex until at least 24 hours after you last used - i know this sounds hard an you will be clucking like a **** but it is definatley the best option - think about it : you get nicked, they keep you in till the morning ,you go to court, they send you down and you go in the sweatbox to jail, then they giv u f--- all that eveing in terms of opiates, so u have to wait till the morning b4 u get assesed by the doc, then you get your subbies/meth.
So as i said that is at least 24 hours after you last used - get it?
I have done this 4 times now and it definatley works, as soon as you take your first dosage of subutex i.e 4mg you will begin to feel better, by the next day you will feel fine and by that evening (day 2) you will be sleeping fine too.
The 21 day detox is probably the best and (as far as i can remember) it is as follows :
day 1 4mg
day 2 6mg
day 3 8mg
day 4 8mg
day 5 10 mg
day 6 10 mg
day 7 12mg
day 8 12mg
day 9 10mg
day 10 10mg
day 11 8mg
day 12 8mg
day 13 6mg
day 14 6mg
day 15 4mg
day 16 4mg
day 17 2mg
day 18 2mg
day 19 1mg
day 20 1mg
day 21 0.8mg
When you come off of 0.8mg you will have a little trouble sleeping etc. but not too bad - maybe that was just me - but i generally think that you do notice it - of course you will, you have just come off of an opiate....try get something to help ya sleep - or a good book!
You can work it out urself really, you climb slowly and then go down. Simple really, 'cept when your in prison u hav no choice but to do it , an you dont have the option to take a bit more 'tex if ur feelin not so bright - it is all about self control.

keep with the program - some days u will feel a bit sh---- 'specially when you are finished the 21 dayz but dont b tempted to take any more 'tex - throw the rest of them away or let someone look after them (just in case) so ur not tempted to take some once uve finished your detox - it does work.
in prison subutex is v.popular - for someone who is clean of opiates, just 2ml subutex will get them "buzzin" an will cost only a fraction of that of a heroin joey - but rather than put it under your tongue, the prison way of taking subutex (illegally bought) is to chop it and snort the powder - i have tried this and it does seem to have a quicker effect but wether it works better when you are actually on a subutex detox - i dont know.
