O I Have been a while free of codeine and then WHAM - this w/e - family troubles - and I took to the codeine again. I cannot tell you haw bad and disgusted I feel right now. Maybe you would try and help me thro this mess> And anyone else with words of advice. I am at the end of my tether - physically and psychologically. Can say no more just now. I just see Poopie as a life line........................

Hi poopie, glad you are back and feeling happy and loved, I am too. This board is great if you accept the help. Yes you have a great voice, I got a forfeight (spelt wrong) at work last week with four others, it was just a bit of fun, five of us had to do a spice girl act, That night I made myself a union jack top and skirt with paint and got a red wig and platforms, probably guessed my position was geri halliwell, so so funny, no one knew I was going to dress up, I will get a photo on very soon for you to laugh at.So you are not the only singer. I was more a minger than singer, it was hilarious, just a bit of useless info for you. I will defo get a photo on then you will see how silly I looked. You sound really happy and positive I hope you continue to feel it. You deserve happiness, we all do, we are human after all.. (Not sure I was last week)xxxxxxxxx
