Weel went to dr she was not very nice cut me off no sub nothing. So IM w\d feel bad no apptied no motavation BLAHS went to bed and staring at the walls and tv I was cleaning my house eating cookiny baking now 2 piece of crackers sound good my spouse is proud of me. But and all my connectios are gone my spouse can get them anytimr but he wont thank goush for that. well theres alot of new people thats great and sad to weres all the old ones at john dee your still and rahel well any no sleep tonite i have restirel .....love you all o and my b\p is highe 190\102 so dr put on another b\p med its all ready up so i\Iwill be ok 2 days sober Istoped wed.goush my spelling is bad I got a and b in college what the heck happend lovy me

I am so proud of you.....way to go. I understand totally about what happened at the doc's. When we called the doc for the hubby she said oh just stop you will be fine. Wouldn't see him and had the nurse relay the message. Like I have said before doctors aren't to bright sometimes. Keep an eye on that blood pressure of yours.......and take care of yourself and be proud you are on your way to freedom from those damn pills!
