hey i am on the same exact u are taking man i am extremly tierd and i was wondering why. also the coffee thing every day about noon i get the jitters bad i thought maybe it was just because i had a habit off taking hydros at that time of day but i think maybe it could bee the coffee i had 3 cups this morning and man at lunch i felt terrible i thought it was because i needed to eat. but it may be the coffee. gota have it though but not 3 cups. i dont mind being tierd but damn im past that i feel like i could sleep for hours. so i feel ya
so cally they make you jittery AND tired?
yeah i guess that is what it is maybe its just me not knowing how tierd i was when i was hyroing it up but man last week i couldnt hardly sleep and now i cant stay awake hardly i have put my daughter in the high chair in front of the tv trying to wait for my wife to get here. thats why i am still here this is so unusual for me and the bad thing about it is that the dr. said it wouldnt have sexual side affects bull i could do anything if i had a viagra lol! mani am used to working 15-16 hour days i have a mowing buisiness on the side plp have been calling for one last mow and i just cant make myself. ill keep taling it but if it continues i will go see dr.
how long since you stopped the hydros????
the coffee isn't helping. if you end up calling the doc. talk to some folks about cymbalta. i only mention it because people seem to like it and it doesn't have alot of side effects after about 2 wks. it can upset the stomach. but on the board awhile back people wrote about it and liked it alot. it is newer. doesn't cause that extremem wt gain either like the ssri's. i thought about going on it but i had too many wb to change over. figured it was a waste of money. i found that in time my s/e with w/b got better. the jitters. i think i'm always tired so it didn't matter. it did make me feel more motivated and people could see a difference with me on it vs. off it. so just my experience if it helps.
maybe you could cut down some on the coffee (smile). coffee causes the body to dump (insulin sort of like eating sweets) and then you are dropping the hydros. could be a double whammy!
good luck you guys,
