Hi Tommo
We havent met so thought I would say hi. It is very comon to get insomnia when withdrawing, I found the worst thing to do is lay in bed worrying about not beeing able to nod off. When I was like that I got up, had a warm bath, watched some tv, listened to some music, then if I felt tired I would go back and read a boring book lol. Just remember it will pass, get some exercise and fresh air during the day. There are some so called non addictive things to take but I would not bother unless you really struggle.
keep it up matey

Hi Tommo,
Don't think i've posted to you before, but wanted to say congratulations on being able to taper down to 5 from 15+ per day. I was taking 15+ hydro per day as well, tapered down to 6/day before having to go c/t because I couldn't keep to the schedule....it began to feel like a slow tease once I got below a certain threshold. I also experienced the fatigue and sleeplessness. I know it's tough right now, but try to hang in -- it's so worth it in the end. M.
