Tres Escapes Death By Crack Addict

Girl, Tres goes nowhere for herself.........always doing for others.

So, yesterday she set out for a music festival.......in New Jersey.......it's called Camden and well I think Tina has a link to it over on Families Board....it's a dangerous neck of the woods.........the outskirts that is of this venue.

So, this morning I see on the news........a SUV careened into the crowd.....nobody could stop it, and four people were injured.........I wasn't certain that's exactly where she was, but I waited to hear who was hurt.
Wasn't Tres thank goodness.......shame for the others though.

Don't ya know our girl was RIGHT THERE.......the guy was cracked out of his mind allegedly.......cops got crack out of the vehicle..........and he was putting up a fight and some...........yeah she was at the PORT-A-POTTY......just got out and was waiting on her friend.

Lord knows I tell that girl..........I say Trees, you are definately meant to be here cause she always has these narrow misses........don't wanna jinx her....I always say a prayer of thanks.........but if I saw her mug on TV I'd have cracked up.........she'll get on TV someday and how.

Just wanted to share as being clean makes ya realize how dangerous life can be........she was way weirded out by it.
did she c any good bands ???
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Herman, she'd have asked the same exact thing on your end if I said ya was almost mowed down.

Not sure. I'll look up who was there and tell ya. She's going to see MORRISEY tomorrow night. She loves that guy.

You're funny.
Herman,

You like Badly Drawn Boy?

Tres does. One of my family was at a festival and hanging out with them. Can't say I know much about them.
"Grace Potter And The Nocturnals" "Los Lonely Boys" "Hoots And Hellmouth"

They were all on the bill, Herman. She'll have to confirm. Here's a link.

yup thats moi........always cheating death.........so must be my Hp has big plans for me, Lord only knows what though........and true, it is only the Lord who knows.........
herman........mostly local bands......I dont go to se anyone in particular........i go to support my member supported public radio station..only supported by members so no-one but members control what they play.......I pay my 10.00/mth to support station and every yr they have this festival to promote new bands...can see up to 15 bands a day for 12.00..where else can ya do that? ANd despite being in camden, the waterfront there is quite lovely........was in a park right there on the river..........skyline of philly over yonder.......and a lovely day it was..........shame some lunatic decided to careen through the festival.......was quite scary.......I hear this guy screaminglook out, look out.and se this big suv flying down this hill.........not even sure if anyone was in it cos ppl were trying to jump in the driver side window to stop it..........apparntly someone was in it and high as a kite.........plowed right through the cncession stands...right over a bench and down til he hit the band trailers.......THEn tried to back up and do it again.they beat the crap out of that guy and still he wasnt stopping until the maced him..........a miracle more ppl werent hurt........lots of kids and families go here, I kept thinking of all the littlekids..........
ok enough babble..........
but want to say I ended up leaving a fan of one awesome band i saw from melbourne.......the cat empire.....the freaking RAWKED !! so much fun and w/out sounding a bit pedophile-y <is that a word> the lead singer was so damn cute too..........another chick impressed me also.......thik her name was laura hoop or something..real jazzy voice......oh and this guy ryan shaw, r"b singer from britain i think, he rocked too.........
but yup mostly excited bout moz tomorrow.........won tickets, great seats and from what i hear he is playing loads of smiths' tunes.........woo hoo, two fun things I'm doing in the span of a week yet.........a miracle in itself that is
Just a quick post, that's class about the member thing, you get to decide what's played... wish they had stations like that over here.....
1.) I knew where Morrissey was hanging tonight. If my cell rang or I got an
e-mail maybe I could have told ya.

2.) Did I know MARC BROUSSARD was playing over there today? No!

3.) See how good it is to not be using. $10.00 a month to public radio. Using
ya wouldn't of paid $10.00 to get in the booth and play anything ya wanted
in person. Not even $10.00 to marry Morrissey.

Sorry for the hijack kids, but this chica she's gonna get it. Got to communicate on a board. Don't be calling me tomorrow cause it's already today. I messaged ya and even got on that myspace to ya.

Kev, yeah she's always supported our local/college radio. They got a blues night on Saturdays that's King. It's like gold to me. Tres don't mess with that though. Melbourne, a group? Great!
Tres~ A true renaissance woman. Public radio and college stations really do rock. Here in Boston there are several so you never get stuck hearing the same pop-rock over and over ad nauseum. Good on you for the narrow escape. And of course your HP has plans for you, what would your daughter and Adam Joseph do without you? Glad you're having some fun for a change.
