Vw- Roundup

Who's speaking over there at the roundup? I would think maybe Wayne B since he's from California I think. He cracks me up!

Tuesday I'm headin out for a steam train excursion and gonna take lots of pictures. Happy Sober 4th!
Hi WW, How are you? How's your daughter?

In answer to your question about Speakers at the Roundup well, no I don't see Wayne B scheduled. But since you said he cracked you up, I'm gonna try to find one of his pitches on CD...

We had a guy from South Central Los Angeles the other night, Ralph W, last night we had Harvery from the Roxbury section of Beverly Hlls, he is in the entertainment field...first night had a nurse from Santa Monica, Karen G; today is the Biker meeting, and we got a guy speaking from Texas and then for closing ceremonies tomorrow there is Sister Maurice from the Bronx. It has been so good so far...I can't tell you....overwhelming, but the gratitude I feel ~ well no words could express it. Happy safe and sober 4th to you and yours my friend.
WW - I found Wayne B's CD, can't wait to listen to it on the way to work tomorrow morning. Oh, btw, Sister Maurice from the Bronx was the Speaker at Closing ceremonies today...she was one of the best, if not the best Speaker I've ever heard! If you can find the CD I highly recommend getting it! Happy 4th to you and yours!
Thanks for the tip! My daughter is doing well in a new job. Can't wait to talk with her soon!
WW ~ OMG, Wayne B is hilarious....thanks so much for the recommendation...he cracked me up...I'm sure you've heard about the Pacific group (AA)...he is a member of that group here in LA ~ Clancy is his Sponsor, not sure if you've heard of him, but what I've heard is Clancy sponsors very "hardcore" cases....anyway, again thank you.

Oh, btw, I'm reading the book "A New Pair of Glasses" by Chuck C ~ excellent book...have you read it?
Happy weekend VW, I tried getting through "A New Pair of Glasses", didnt make it, and now I have to find another copy. Glad you liked Wayne B. Saw him couple of years ago in Nashville.

One person I'd love to see in person or meet is Earl H. His experience strength and hope motivates me all the time!

WW, I'm going to try to find Earl's CD...the CD of Wayne B's pitch may have very well been his pitch in Nashville, not sure I'll have to check the CD label. Have a sober and great weekend.
WW, so excited! Just picked up Earl H's CD...can't wait to listen to it...any other Speakers you would recommend? How 'bout any of the rest of you guys, any recommendations on Circuit Speakers ~ I love to drive around with my own little Speaker meeting going on in my VDub....
LOL Speaker Meetings in the truck. gotta love it. I have a 6 cd changer (which I hate at times) but one of the cartridges is loaded with nothing but AA - Al-Anon speakers. So when I take my 1, 2, 3 hour and more drives I get to really get pumped.

What a great idea for a topic. Favorite speakers and literature.

Was going to go for a train ride today but they have a special Thomas train and I think I'll pass on that. Have a great rest of the weekend!

Peace Out everyone
WW - OMG, Earl H is soooooo funny too! I dropped his CD and also the other one you recommended off for my sister to listen to...thanks again...I was cracking up out loud while driving to and from work today.
