Hi Jayde, Just catchin' up on the posts and just saw this one. I'm not as itchy but still itchy a bit...the Doctor said it was non-specific dermatitis most likely caused by stress...he prescribed a Benadryl Rx and topical lotion and I am not scratching as much...I feel like a junkie comin' off the smack...geez! But, thank you for asking, and remembering!
OMG, you would've loved the band the "Resentments" that played at the Roundup today...they are all my friends and I knew the Lead singer when I was out there he was my next door neighbor! I call the cops on him for tweakin' at all hours of the morning when I was drunk out of my mind...I would yell down to him from my bedroom window and shout, shut the f up you moron! You'll be happy to know I made my amends to him! He is a cutie with a capital C!!!!!! He sings Led Zeppelin, Foghat, Bill WIthers, some Social D, Grand Funk Railroad, the Doors...so many good tunes...I danced and danced and danced....I had sooooooooo much fun...my BF doesn't like to dance...and he is okay if I dance with whoever asks me. I'm tired now, this old lady here is tired!!!!!!!!

Glad you got some meds....i don't know if you saw my post a few weeks ago, i asked if you ever tried benadryl, reason being that i;m allergic to EVERTHING that has hair;( also have asthms...but i swear by benadryl...i have the rx too because i' considered high risk for having allergic reactions. 5 yrs ago, i almost died after getting stung by a bee, didn't know i was allergic, anyway someone found me unconcious in the wood, (i had passed out from getting stung in the forehead by wasps, and by the time they got me to the hospital, they said if it woud've been 2 minutes later i would've passed on becasuse i didn't have any blood pressure. Soo now i carry an epi-pen with me regularly!! Sorry kinda got off topic here....just can't sleep tonight.

Hey VW & Jayde.....just getting ready for bed and read this post. Hope you don't mind me jumpin' in. Vw sounds like you really had a fun time at your AA activities. Sounds just like a regular party minus booze, which is nice so at the end of the night there is no brawl to look forward. Glad to hear you are having a good time.

I always go to bed much later than my honey so when he goes up I follow him and tuck him in real tight like a big burrito and I kiss him and tell him, "Nitey Nite, Don't let the Bed Bugs Bite!" Then he says, "They can't bite me, I'm a burrito!" I know it sounds about as cornball as can be considering he is 50 and I am 34! Actually, upon reading this post I considered deleting it. Kinda embarrassing and corny but hey ,we are all friends right? Well anyway...it's really sweet when we do it. LOL Have a good night you guys. Hope you have nice pleasant dreams if you ever get to sleep Jayde. VW hope tomorrow brings more fun activities for you.:):):):)

Cornball as it is that is part of our nightly ritual. I don't care if it's summer and he's sweatin' his a** off, I make him let me tuck him in. I know once I walk out he kicks all the covers off but that's okay with me. We don't have little kids so I guess at times I treat him like one. It all works out though. Glad it made ya laugh!
