I do. It was PERFECT yesterday. I haven't seen a whale yet, but they will be around very soon.
I went up to Makawao today, it was soooo beautiful...It was cold up there..just as it should be for xmas..

Let me ask you guys something. It feels like someone punched me real hard in the arms. My upper arms. Is this part of it? Plus, my headaches like crazy..I rode my bike today AGAIN in 40 degree weather, trying to get some endorphines going, and I'm doing the same tomorrow, but whats up with the actual physical pain stuff. It REALLY feels like someone has been slugging me in the arms..like actualy pain..it's so weird..

Wow, I cannot believe your out riding a bicycle. I am going through W/D's, just trying to keep everything picked up, laundry, and spending time with kids. I want to hide, but they always find me lololol. Yes, your arms are hurting from w/d's. It hurts when I shower and everything seems multiplied re: pain. I have problems from a bad car accident. So I am waiting at least 2 to 3 weeks to figure out what is still hurting lolol. Have a great night. Take care, Best Wishes

Best- I feel like Curly from the Three Stooges..right on about the head in the vice...and Moe keeps making it tighter...it's like someone just has been puching the crap out of me..but I'm going forward..I'm going to ride again in the morning..I don't care if it's 30 degrees. I HAVE to get these natural chemical going again. I'll take the pain over the pain of addiction.

My boyfriend is doing the major mood swings for no reason. He just gets really angry at the smallest things and then he catches himself doing it and stops. And it will be for the wierdest things sometimes. He says he doesn't know why he's getting angry at these things and can feel it building up inside him and then just rants for a bit. I just leave him alone for those few minutes and then he realizes and stops. It's not usually directed at me or anything so that's good!

NOW I know the fog thing. It happened to me this morning. It's so weird..I did ride this morning though, and feel good..but now I know when people talk about the "fog"
