today is day 13 i feel lots better today man lots better im ready to start this day and coming here and reading bumpsnomores thouhgt is even more inspiring although i know i will still have my days but from here on out i like for today not worry bout 2 marrow thats the only way we all can do it. as addicts we were so used to wondering what to mmarrow would bring we never thought about that day we were living without this board i would still be misrible and God far and for most thanks for this day hope everyone has a great one and for all of those that are in first stages of w/d hang in there it gets better i promise.
