What A Hard Night But I Made It

the night was terrible. I thought I was over the worst of it. but last night was really tough. I only got about 2 hours of sleep. I have a terrible headache and ringing in my ears my skin is still on fire the good news is that I did make it. I got up and ate a little something trying to drink some warm water. keep me in your thoughts I'm fairly sure this is the hardest thing I've ever had to do. but I'm doing it I'm in charge today.
Hang in there! What day is this? Just remember each day is one step closer to being free!

I responded to you on my post - but I've been going through this with my fiance who is now on day 9. We *think* he was at 5 or 10mg of methadone, but he was on a blind dose and estimated, I now believe his dose was higher, but I'm not 100% sure.

Are you taking vitamins or anything over the counter? My fiance is taking a one a day energy multi vitamin with extra vitamin B in it for him. He's also been taking melatonin each night about 8pm (10mg) and then magnesium/calcium/zinc pill for restless leg (350mg pills, 2 in the AM, 1 mid-day, and 2 more at night so it's about 1750mg a day of that). Each day is better than the last.

Praying and sending lots of good thoughts your way! If you can get through that first week, you can get through it all! Try the vitamins and melatonin if you haven't yet, they help! My fiance is doing this the all natural way. His anxiety is bad, so he's going to try Nature's Calm since we have friends who use that to help their ADHD kids focus, so he's giving it a shot today.

Take it day by day - you made it this far - each day is an accomplishment! Each day a step closer to being free! You CAN do this!
