What Are We Grateful For?

As Thanksgiving comes upon us I am grateful this year for many things.

Most Important is a special doctor stuck by me and helped me turn my life around.

I am grateful to find this board. Its important to my sobriety as I read the newcomer. That keeps me healthy.

I have a wonderful family who I am proud to be a part of. Blessed to have my special friends who have my back against this sick disease.

Most important I am grateful to have a higher power who has showed me that my way does not work. I have turned it all over and feel much better for it.

Happy Thanksgiving.

Sincerely,

Jeff

I am grateful for the programs available in my city and Province that helped me get clean.

I am grateful that although I can't seem him yet and am another Province away from him I have a beutiful 3 year old son that is the light of my life.

I am grateful that I can now start working on a new life.

I am SO grateful to be clean. I remember last Thanksgiving being grateful I had just gotten all my refills...on the surface. But underneath I knew I was on my last legs. I didn't think I could ever quit everything I was on. I was in despair.

I'm grateful for my bad boys, my job and health, my family and home. I'm grateful for the wonderful people I've met on here. And I'm grateful they're clean too, or are looking to be clean!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone, Beck
