Thankful to be alive!
Thankful for my Higher Power
Thankfull for the 12 steps.
Thankful to have a full heart again.
Thankful for you guys and everyone in recovery.
I'm thankful my life is no longer ruled by those little white pills. Thank GOD.
I'm thankful I have a husband who is also my best friend.
I'm thankful my kids are all healthy, happy, decent, productive members of society and they actually call me once in a while. :o)
I'm thankful my folks are still living and my siblings and I are friends.
I'm thankful for a fulfilling job.
I have a blessed life, again, Thank God.

I'm thankful to have a warm and safe place to live, my BF who is the most decent man I've ever met, to be 26 days w/o pills...but most of all, to feel love and peace in my heart...not angry and scared all the time.Sobriety is a gift.I'm also thankful to every one of you who has ever taken time out of their day to post to me...thank you...Love, Sharonn
I am thankful I am alive and can wake up every morning and breath air into my lungs. Can fill a cup of coffee, go out in the backyard and sit to just enjoy the silent beauty and the sounds of nature, the birds chirping and the squirls.
A babbling brook, an Ocean wave, a beautiful waterfall, a newborn baby.
To have hope and joy in my heart that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. For his love, faith and hope and never ending love.
I am thankful for my family and friends.
I am thankful for laughter.
I am thankful I am healthy, have legs to walk on, eyes to see out of and a bed to sleep in.
I am thankful I live in America a free country.
I am thankful for my beautiful daughter.
I am thankful for recovery for all those who have gone before me and all the people on this board who open their hearts and share their strength and for the knowledge I gain from listening.
I am thankful that we can take what we learn and help others.

Well,i have been scared to post and havent posted much these couple of days.Due to all the drama going on.....But,i seen this post and thought it would be safe here and wanted to share also.
Im greatful for my kids

im thankful i dont get up with diarrah ever morning anymore lol
Im thankful for that $200.00 i just won one hour ago on a sratch off
Im thankful for life just being able to get out the bed and live life and all it has to offer.
Im thankful I found this board and they wounderful people here........

like Bumpsnomore, i am grateful i am clean AND that my cravings seem to be disappearing!...at least 'for today'.
i am grateful i am seeing the return of my family to me, finally, after so many years.
